I know I’ve been a blog slacker.  I think I say that a lot.  And I don’t even have my camera accessible to post pictures…not that I’ve really even been taking pictures lately.  This last month has been a difficult one, to say the least.  But things are getting better.  We are in the process of getting ready to move this weekend.  I told Dan when we moved into our current house that we would not move until we bought our own house.  I lied.  I’m excited to be moving and for a fresh start and for the opportunities that await our little family. 

Just now, Lincoln told me that he wants to ride a camel.  The things that come out of that kid’s mouth are so funny sometimes.  Yesterday, he said to me, “Mom, do you know what I’m am?  I’m a human!”  He is constantly amazing me with the things he knows.  His new favorite pastime is playing games on my iPhone.  I swear he uses the thing more than I do! 

I’ve been doing a lot of reading lately.  I miss having time to read.  I so much enjoy getting lost in a good book.  Right now I’m reading My Name is Mary Sutter by Robin Oliveira.  I’m only about a third of the way through, but have been sucked in and am loving it.  Next on my list is The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Society and The Story of Edgar Sawtelle.

Time to get off the couch and continue packing!  Once we are moved and unpacked, I will post some pictures and be better with updating.
