It is hard for me a lot of days to believe that Lincoln is 2 years old.  He is definitely not a baby and is quickly turning into a little boy.  He is the funniest kid and I love to hear what is going to come out of his mouth.  Since I’m so behind on everything, here are just some highlights of our cute kiddo.

*He loves his dad.  He gets so excited when Dan gets home from work.  And who can blame him?  Dan  takes him fishing, camping, and hiking,

 

**We try to have some fun at home.  Although I feel like I am always working, we get some play time in.  Lincoln loves to play with his Playdoh, watch movies, and play outside.

*Lincoln has a great sense of humor.  He loves to tease and be teased.  One of his favorite games right now is to “steal our spot” at the table or couch when we get up.  He giggles and giggles until we come back to find him in our spot.   He loves to be chased and play hide and seek.

*Lincoln is such a sweet kid.   He’s beginning to understand right and wrong and is pretty quick to apologize when needed.  Dan says that there is hands down, no 2 year old cuter than Lincoln! 

*We have been reading Lincoln stories about adoption and teaching him that he didn’t grow in my tummy, but in his birthmom’s.  When asked whose tummy he grew in, he will say her name.  We will see how well he understands this the next time we see her!

I’m sure there are many more things I could write about him, but it all points back to him just being a funny, cute, happy kid.  We are so glad he is ours!
