witches, friends, and car wrecks

These are two of my roommates from my second year to Ricks. We met at Gardner Village yesterday for lunch and some witch viewing. I had never been to Gardner Village so I was really excited to go. We ate a yummy lunch, but Lincoln wasn't too happy about the whole thing. I figured we would just have to leave after lunch, but once we got outside and were able to walk around he was okay. We only walked around for a bit, but what a fun place! I can't wait to go back sometime...maybe without a cranky Lincoln.

I sat Lincoln down on the bench next to this witch and he looked at her and said, "Hi!"


Lincoln's new word for the day yesterday was "pumpkin." Look at this cute boy!


So fun day yesterday, right? Then last night I was on my home from running errands in Provo. Traffic was stopped on University Avenue, so I was stopped...but the car behind me didn't stop. Here's the result.


I'm glad I was by myself. I don't know how I would have coped had Lincoln been with me. We spent a couple hours in the ER making sure my back and neck were fine, which they are. I'm just super sore and drugged up. :)
