gosh, i'm slacking

I know it's only been a week, but I feel like it's been forever since I updated. I guess things have just been a little crazy.

My brother and his family were in town for a few days last week and, as I've said before, normal life halts and we just play when they are here. It was fun to hang out and let the kids play and eat yummy food. We tried to get a picture of all 16 grandkids and it did not go over very well. These kids range in age from 9 years old to 2 weeks old. Crazy! My family is just growing like crazy. It's so fun!

Besides hanging out with my family, I've started panic-mode studying. I have just over a month to complete my medical transcription and it's going to take a lot of time to make it. The last few nights have been spent cramming and the next 30 will be, too! While I don't mind it, usually past midnight or so nothing makes sense! Lincoln might have to go play with his cousins during the day a few times so I can study, study, study. I'm excited to get it done and hope I will be able to find a job shortly after finishing.

Okay, I have hit that past midnight point. It's off to bed. Enjoy a few pictures of this cute, cute boy!

  1. Wow, can you believe how big your little guy has gotten? He looks like he is so fun. Aaron and Daishan need a blog. I feel like I don't hear much about them. It's amazing how fast time goes by.

  6. I love that your family is like mine. It's nearly impossible to get 17 grandkids looking and smiling at the camera at the same time. It seems like just yesterday that Aaron was having his first daughter. Time sure flies! About the nails, I really don't have many suggestions. I just made more of a conscience effort. Whenever Jeff would see my fingers near my mouth he would either say something or just hold my hand. If I caught myself with my fingers in my mouth then I would try hard to pull it away. I would also try to use the fingernail clippers more, and my teeth less. My father-in-law suggested having my front teeth shaved a bit to make them not as sharp. He said it worked for him after that.I hate that habbit. I thik the pregnancy had something to do with it too. It sounds crazy!
